The Chapel Preschool is a new home for a beloved early-childhood community, with the same caring teachers and joyful learning, now growing as a ministry of The Chapel Church in Hickory, North Carolina.

Our story
Familiar faces, a brand-new chapter
Many of our families have grown up with our director and teachers already, and we’re delighted to welcome both old friends and new ones to The Chapel Preschool. As a ministry of The Chapel Church, we get to do what we love best in a warm, supportive home: care for young children and walk alongside their families.
We keep things small and personal on purpose. Here, your child is not one of a crowd. They’re known by name, encouraged, and genuinely cared for.
Now enrolling ages one through six for the 2026–2027 school year.

Why we’re here
The Chapel Preschool exists to create community through the care and teaching of young children in the Catawba Valley. We care for children and their families, share the story and love of Jesus Christ, and prepare each child for the next step in their learning and growth.
